SHIPPING POLICY
The Opie Perch Pack is delivered throughout the Netherlands with PostNL. This will be sent in a box as a package with associated costs. These costs will be charged.
We also ship the Opie Perch Pack to all other countries outside the Netherlands. We also use PostNL and its subsidiary DHL to deliver the package anywhere in the world. These costs are also charged.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied after receiving the Opie Perch Pack (within 14 days), you may return the Opie Perch Pack.

IMPORTANT: The Opie Perch Pack must be returned in its original condition & original packing material!

When the Opie Perch Pack is returned, it will be checked on receipt for the condition in which it was sent. If it is not in a new condition state, only a part of the total amount will be refunded.
(no new condition = visible damage, signs of use, missing parts, visible stains or liquids, etc.)
